Roots In Recipes Return & Refund Policy
At Roots In Recipes, each cookbook is made uniquely for you. Because our products are custom-designed and printed based on your submitted content, we do not accept returns or offer refunds except in the case of physical damage or defects.
Custom Product Disclaimer
All books are printed exactly as submitted by the customer. It is your responsibility to thoroughly review and proof your custom cookbook before approving it for print. We do not edit, format, or proofread submissions, and we cannot offer replacements or refunds for content errors, formatting issues, or design dissatisfaction once the book is printed.
Damages and Issues
We take quality seriously and want you to love your custom cookbook. Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your book arrives with significant damage (e.g., torn pages, water damage, or destroyed binding), please contact us right away at info@rootsinrecipes.com with photographs and a description of the issue.
In the case of valid damage, we’ll work with you to issue a replacement copy at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for any of the following:

Custom cookbooks (including errors in spelling, formatting, or layout submitted by the customer)

Gift cards

Sale items
European Union Customers
While EU law provides a 14-day cooling-off period for many purchases, this does not apply to custom-made products. As all Roots In Recipes books are custom printed, this policy is not applicable.
